Dear Dr. Maloney,
I am sure you have an Idea just how happy I am with my new vision. Each and every day has been a new experience for me. Just to sit down with a cup of coffee and read the morning paper without having to look for my glasses Is amazing. The care and concern from you and your staff at the vision institute, right from the beginning was wonderful. I honestly did not expect such professional treatment, nor the follow up phone calls from the institute to check on how I was doing. It was a good choice on our part, one which my wife talked me into, to make the trip to Los Angeles and your office.
I want to also send my thanks and appreciation to your technician, Gabriela Quezada. She was through in every aspect of the examination and consultation. She took the time to explain each step and recheck her findings. In doing so she was able to put a lot of my worries to ease. It is reassuring to someone like me that extra care,-before such a critical operation Is undertaken. As you told me “we have no eraser” Both my wife and I wish to express our many thanks for a job well done.
