Dear Dr. Maloney,
Cookies and candies get thrown away. Fruit baskets go bad. Flowers die and balloons deflate. All of that is fine because there are not enough flowers on the planet, cookies or candies in a basket, fruit to pick and balloons to blow up that could ever thank you enough for what you and your office have done for me. I’m a simple man who believes that the simple things in life, like a sincere “thank you” from the heart, make all difference in the world.
For the past 15 years I’ve worn contacts and glasses and suffered from moderate myopia. I’ve learned that means I was basically blind without my glasses. I say suffered because it really was a handicap for me to wear glasses and contacts. I’m a very active person but was held back in everyday life and activities by my need for glasses and contacts.
Today I graduated from the Maloney Vision Institute with 20/15 vision! It’s been a little over two months since my procedure and I can honestly say that I have had no problems as a result of your office’s advice and post-operative care. What’s even more remarkable is how my life didn’t even skip a beat as a result of the procedure. I had more discomfort from a bad day in contacts then I did from the entire procedure!
Dr. Maloney, let me say that you’re truly a god among men. As my Mother sat in the operating room with me, it was as if she was handing me over to you as I “traded in” the eyes she had given me almost 30 years ago for the new eyes that you gave me. In a matter of seconds, you became one of the most influential people in my life — right up there with my Mother, my Father and God himself. Let me also say that your staff are amazing people, each and every one of them — Dr. Geis, Wanda, Gabby, Blanka, Tania, and of course Tanya and Scott at the front desk. They are all wonderful people to be around and I commend you on selecting true professionals as well as true people. In closing, let me simply say from the bottom of my heart, “thank you”.
Your forever grateful and humbled patient,
K.A.R
