Dear Dr. Maloney and Staff:
I just wanted to write and thank you for the exceptional care that I received last week from your whole team during my Lasik surgery. 1 came in with vision that had required my wearing glasses my entire life and as you promised, I was able to drive to your office with perfect vision the following morning free of my glasses.
The next evening, I said to my husband:
“So, were you worried before I went in for Lasik that it would be okay?”
He said, “Worry? No. Maloney means no worries.”
So there you go. You and your staff were thorough, gentle, precise, warm and patient. My questions were not only welcome and answered, they were encouraged. I was thrilled by the experience and have already handed out 3 copies of your materials to friends who want to get the procedure done themselves.
